The Houston Area Regioinal Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at Windrose Golf Course.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies begins at 8:30 a.m.. Competition beings at 9:00 a.m. and concludes by 2:00 p.m.

Four weeks prior to Regional Golf Tournament you will find a link to the eventbrite volunteer registration web page for the Regional Golf Tournament.

Once inside this new website you will be able to select the volunteer shift in which you would like to work.  It will ask you to "purchase" your ticket to volunteer, there is no monetary value to this purchase, simply click and register.

When you select a ticket to volunteer you are reserving a spot and will be expecting you to arrive on that day, this is not a reservation site, so please do not purchase a ticket unless you are sure that you will be able to fulfill the volunteer commitment.  Additionally, ask that each member of the group to register individually.  This is necessary to ensure that we will truly have volunteers on that day. 

If you need to cancel the volunteer position simply use the link on eventbrite and we will be able to remove the name(s) from the event.

This website has all the information you will need to be a successful volunteer: map, shift times, what to expect, etc.  Once you “purchase” your ticket to volunteer you will be sent a confirmation email, the day prior to the event you will be sent a reminder email that you signed up to volunteer.

If for some reason we have inclement weather, we will be able to email or send a text message to update all volunteers immediately giving you the information needed for that day.

All volunteers who have signed up for any event must present a picture ID upon signing in at the event in order to volunteer for the day.
